“2nd time staying at TOPS’L. Family friendly place with nice pools and amenities. Private beach is nice and not too crowded. Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of things to do in the resort for kids and adults.”

“We really enjoyed our stay! It was very spacious for the whole family. The only thing I would say is that the smaller room could have had a tv in it. It really felt like an afterthought compared to other rooms. But other than that, it was really nice place!”

“Our stay at Tops’l Tides was wonderful! The location is perfect and the amenities are excellent! I have stayed at Tops’l Tides for several years and have yet to find a better property in Miramar Beach. Cannot wait until next summer to visit again.”

“Room was spacious and clean, perfect for two people. Loved the privacy of the balcony and the view of the ocean/greenery. A big plus was the location being - a short five min walk and you are on the beach. Host was quick to respond to questions. Overall a pleasant stay.”

“Everything was exactly as listed! We had such a wonderful family trip! Enough room for my daughter and son-in-law, as well as my college son with his friend! We each had enough personal space as well as shared space! I loved the extra large balcony! Can’t wait to come back and stay in this unit again!”
