TOPS'L Beach Manor 114

The pictures are a perfect representation of this unit. We are in the real estate business and have rented a lot of homes and condo's around the world. This is a very spacious condo in a prime location for easy access to the pool and beach and there is a little side yard for the kids to play right outside the unit. The condo comes equipped with everything you need to make your stay easy without having to bring anything from home except your beach towels and clothes. In full disclosure the unit does not have a beach view but that was not important to us and ground floor walk-out feature outweighed the lack of beach view. Vacasa does a beautiful job managing and cleaning the property.

The decor and setup was beautiful and clean. The only issue we had was the place smelled like dank, sour mop water with disinfectant thrown in. It was pervasive, but could be easily remedied by the cleaning crew. Other than that, we loved everything about the condo and our stay there.

This was my third stay at the condo. This place is always clean, perfect location, just steps to the beach, or the pool. It’s super close to all shopping and great restaurants! I would recommend 100%.

Condo was furnished very nicely with comfortable master bed. The spare bedroom had extra beds and the living room furniture also could accommodate extra guests very easily (we didn't use it but it was available). Bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped. Location was great! No ocean view because of the dunes but perfect first floor access to the pool and beach. Only issue was the refrigerator was leaking water and every few hours the kitchen floor was soaked. We called maintenance who came and put a towel down (already did that ourselves many many times and had to wring them out and replace over and over) and called a repair company. No one came to fix it. Upon checkout the housekeeper showed up at 945am (checkout is 10am) and proceeded to stand outside the door until we departed. We tried to explain we needed the extra 15 minutes since we spent the morning cleaning up the water in the kitchen from the leaking refrigerator and told her to contact the owners/property manager (however, she did not speak English so didn't understand us). We had no phone number to contact other than the maintenance at Tops'l. Despite the leaking refrigerator, it was a very beautiful place!

This condo is beautiful and in a great location! Easy access to the beach, the pool, local shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate for our trip but having such an amazing place to stay made up for where Mother Nature failed! Will stay here again!

Loved everything about this condo! There is nothing but goodness about this place.
