My family and I come to Tops'l every year. We will definitely be back to this unit. Upon arrival everything was very clean and fresh. A stunning view of the beach, all the kitchen necessities for cooking, and comfortable beds. If you are using the sleeper sofa sheets are provided but we did have to call for a blanket which arrived quickly. A beautiful condo with modern furnishings that we can't wait to visit again. You will not be disappointed in 510!

We just finished a lovely, 6-night stay in the gorgeous condo! The owners have recently remodeled this condo in a modern, beach style. I typically re-wash all dishes and silver before using them in a rental, but that was not needed here. Everything was impeccably clean! And, the owners have thought through every detail offering everything you need in the kitchen. The only things I needed that the condo was lacking was a crock pot slow cooker and beach towels. Every necessary kitchen appliance, tools, and containers were there! If you are picky, like me, this is your condo! My favorite part was opening the automated bedroom curtains to reveal the beautiful ocean view each morning! There is even a wonderful ocean/beach view from the master shower! Seriously, these owners thought through each detail in their remodel. The furnishings also make it clear a professional decorator was used in thinking through the functionality and beauty of the interior pieces. I can’t wait to book this lovely, 5th floor, beachfront condo again!

This is a beautiful Condo nicely decorated. We wen't happy when we checked in as the trash in kitchen hadn't been emptied and grease on stove and dishwasher. We were scared with Covid nothing was sanitized and the sheets were like sleeping on sand paper. I would go back if it were very clean and better sheets.

We loved the cleanliness and updated condo. Not happy with the remodeling of the downstairs though. Had to use the stairs to go to the beach. I would rate the unit as a 5 star plus!
