TOPS'L Beach Manor 510

This condo was perfect. Nice and comfortable furnishings, well stocked, good looking decor, and modern up to date appliances and accessories. We really enjoyed staying here and also loved the view!

The view

The condo was very beautiful and updated. Great location! Oceanfront. Only con is the ice maker doesn't work and they couldn't fix it. We bought ice and it was fine. A counter top ice maker would be nice to have. I would order chairs and umbrella before you go from the beach service because we were in the 3rd row back each day. I wish I would have known to do that in advance. Great condo and great vacation!

Everyone was helpful and friendly. View was beautiful and beyond my expectations. Balcony view full beach view. Master bedroom beach view with solid floor to ceiling entire wall. Young children would look out without adults worrying about being unsafe. I ask for ocean view and received it. It was a long hike to the rented umbrella and chairs in sand. Best time was afternoon when the tide was low. Kids sat in the water as the waves gently came in. Would definitely go back. Everything was conveniently located near by.( shopping, groceries)

Overall a great stay. I have one negative for TOPS'L and one negative for Vacasa. The property was excellent. The room was very nice, and the price was reasonable. Everything was clean, and the convenience of being able to walk onto the beach can't be beat. I would stay again. As mentioned, I had two issues I think all prospective guests should be aware of. 1) TOPS'L offers chairs and umbrellas for rent by the day. However, they consume the overwhelming majority of the beach space, and do not allow you to place your own umbrella in front of, or between, the endless rental spots they preemptively set up at the beginning of the day. There's a small section of the beach they don't cover, but that is reserved for actual property owners, not guests. Be aware that you will only be able to set up your own umbrella in the part of the beach furthest from the water (particularly irritating if you're trying to watch kids). The only other options are to pay rather expensive daily rental fees for the spots they offer, or walk an inconvenient (but not terribly far) distance down the beach past all the rentals. 2) While I would stay at this property again I don't think I would book through Vacasa again. Prior to our trip we used their text service to ask if *beach* towels are provided and they assured us they were - so we did not bring our own. Upon arrival we found out this was incorrect and beach towels are not provided, so we needed to buy our own at a local store. Despite text history showing they provided us with incorrect information, Vacasa did not offer any corrective action, did not apologize, declined our request for a $25 credit to cover the new towels, and ultimately stopped responding to us. The towels are a small issue, but as a representation of their customer service this issue makes me disinclined to book with them again - I'm concerned if they can't handle a situation like this they're unlikely to handle a more serious situation any better. Overall good value and a great stay. Would return but be prepared for the restricted beach access, and would not book with Vacasa.

Loved the condo. We will look forward to our next visit.
