TOPS'L Summit 406 2 Bedroom

My sister and I returned to Tops'l Summit for a second trip. Unit 406 was updated and nicely appointed. One lamp had a burned out bulb, the toaster was broken, and upon arrival the water in the unit had a terrible odor. After reported, and running the water full blast at all sinks and showers until the water tank emptied, the odor improved. We enjoyed the workout room, the pool, and of course, the beautiful beach very much. I would also recommend the cleaning staff remove cobwebs and food from under the furniture as we saw lots of that!

The unit was beautifully renovated and very clean! The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and truly enjoyed our stay. The team was prompt in all responses start to finish!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! From the moment we walked in, everything felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The space was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed — fully stocked kitchen, cozy beds, and a balcony with an amazing view. The location couldn’t have been better — just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and local attractions. It was the perfect home base for a relaxing and fun-filled Florida vacation. The host was incredibly responsive and made the entire process seamless from check-in to checkout. You can tell they care about providing a top-notch experience. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed place to stay in Florida!

This unit was amazing! The kitchen is one of the best design layouts I have seen at this complex and the decorating was beautiful. Everything was beautifully updated and spacious. We would definitely stay here again.
