Hi, I’m Amanda.

For more than 20 years, I’ve helped homeowners, investors, and resort communities navigate the vacation rental industry with confidence. As Senior Sales Executive for Good Life Vacations, I work with homeowners across the Emerald Coast, including TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort, Anna Belle Lodging, Bahama Bay Resort & Spa, and Caribe Cove Resort. My focus is simple: building lasting relationships while helping owners maximize their property’s potential through thoughtful guidance, market expertise, and personalized service.

Before joining Good Life Vacations, I served as Regional Director of Sales at Vacasa, where I led sales teams and supported homeowners throughout the Alabama Gulf Coast, Florida Panhandle, Florida’s Forgotten Coast, and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. During that time, I consistently exceeded revenue goals, developed high-performing teams, and helped improve both the homeowner and guest experience. My journey with Vacasa began through the merger with TurnKey Vacation Rentals, where I helped launch and grow the Florida Panhandle market as a Senior Sales Executive.

Earlier in my career, I spent nearly a decade at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, gaining experience across resort operations, rental sales, owner relations, club membership, food and beverage, private events, and large-scale renovation projects. Those experiences shaped my belief that great partnerships begin with listening, communicating openly, and always putting homeowners first.
