Hi, I’m Johnny.

I’ve spent more than 20 years building teams, leading operations, and helping businesses grow through strong relationships and exceptional service. As a Sales Executive with Good Life Vacations, I work closely with homeowners and investors across the Emerald Coast, providing personalized guidance and helping them maximize the value of their vacation rental investment.

Before joining Good Life Vacations, I served as General Manager overseeing a large vacation rental portfolio across Perdido Key and Pensacola. In that role, I partnered with homeowners, resort communities, guests, and local teams to drive operational excellence, improve the guest experience, and build long-term owner confidence. My leadership style has always been rooted in transparency, accountability, and putting people first.

Prior to my career in vacation rentals, I spent 16 years in the telecommunications industry, where I held leadership positions across operations and sales throughout the Southeast. I led large teams, supported organizational change, served on rebranding and safety committees, and helped develop training programs that strengthened performance across multiple markets. Those experiences taught me the importance of communication, trust, and delivering consistent results.

I believe successful vacation rental ownership starts with a trusted partnership. My goal is to provide honest advice, local market expertise, and responsive support that helps homeowners make informed decisions while creating memorable guest experiences. I enjoy building lasting relationships and helping every property reach its full potential.
