Perfect spot near the beach. Literally steps away. I love it! My husband can’t wait to come back. “ This is our family vacation spot from now on.” Just a few observations but were taken cared promptly.

Very nice and updated!!!
This beach condo is very nice and updated. It is in Beach Manor which is the closest building in the tops'l resort to the beach. Is it ground floor and has easy access to beach walkout. The only issues that need to be resolved/repaired: -the outside hot tub did not have hot water when we stayed -the outside hot tub only had 3 out of the 8 jets working -there are 2 lights out on the porch (the light on the left side of the outside hot tub and the light over the outside table) -the refrigerator/freezer did not have working water/ice Even with these minor issues this is still a great condo for the beach. Will stay again.

Great beach access
This is our second time staying at this unit and it was wonderful. You are literally steps from the beach and do not have to worry about waiting for elevators.
