5 Star All the Way!! Been Staying in this Unit 510 off and on since early 1990's , Seen Condo updated several times. The Update now is Excellent!! We Love this Unit, Kitchen is very well laid out, Super Nice easy to use appliances, Newly updated Bedrooms and new bathrooms are amazing!! Back patio new furniture is really nice as well! Great View of Beach, Super Nice Unit, Well updated, Very Clean!

I recently stayed at this unit in the Tops’l Beach Resort in Destin, and it was a fantastic experience. The unit was impeccably clean, making us feel comfortable and at home right away. This Owner thought of everything! You will have all that you need for your stay. Very nice, beachy, and and calming, with a million dollar view. Everything was exactly like the pictures and the house was spotless. Beautiful view. Beach access was super convenient and renting the beach service chairs was very useful.

We have stayed at Tops’l for about 8 years and this unit is one of the best! Very clean and updated! Beautiful views from every window! The only thing lacking is more towels and bedding for the pull out couch. Would rent it again and just bring our own. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
