We enjoyed the house, however there were some issues. The place needs a good cleaning from doors to sliding hlass door tracks, to the floors.The couch in the living room is very spongy and you sink in it and it was a pain as the seat cushions almost come off every time it's sat on. The blinds on both sliding glass doors were half off and a mess upon arrival and the floors had not been swept very good, lots of dust and crumbs under all the furniture and visible. I reached out to the resort host and they sent housekeeping in as well as maintenance the next day and they did the best they could. Although there is private beach access it's really not accessible because from our unit it was too far of a walk for me and there is no place for anyone staying in the villas to park as you'll get towed unless your in one of thw two high-rises even though there was tons of open parking spaces each day of our 10 day 9 night stay. The community pools were nice and we visited all that we had access too. Overall is was a nice stay which we mostly enjoyed. The pool at our villa was wonderful although it needs some tlc as well, but nothing that stopped everyone from.enjoying it. Wish I could fully recommend it but unfortunately I'd have a hard time returning to stay again. Sorry, but I'm tired of paying hard earned money to arrive to dirty messed up rentals.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very private and we felt very comfortable with the area. We were able to walk to the beach, about a 10 minute walk. The chairs and umbrella rental was pretty pricy but a lot easier than carrying chairs and umbrella.
We had some trouble with the lock when we arrived but they were very quick to help get us in the house. We had some trouble with the sliding glass door handle and the dishwasher smelling like fish but the maintenance crew came and took care of it.
Words of advice, if you stay make sure you don't leave food out, ants will quickly attack it. It also would have been nice to have a kitchen towel, wash cloth and pot holders as well as hand towels in the bathrooms.
We liked having the pool so we could take a dip instead of walking to the beach. We used the fitness center but did not use any of the other amenities.

All in all we had a great stay. The space was beautiful, and was a shortish walk to the beach. My brother, that is a disabled vet, did have a bit of a hard time making the walk some days and there wasn’t anywhere to park down by the beach access for disabled guests. The walk does have some hills. The shuttle that they have you have to pay for and only ran certain times. That being said we loved the villa and the private pool. We had plenty of space, and the space was pretty private. There were neighbors, but with the foliage and everything you pretty much had your own little oasis. The communication with the facility was great and they always responded in a reasonable amount of time even if it was late sometimes.
