Great place to stay!

Very clean, had everything we needed, and all of the amenities were great! My only feedback would be to add a vacuum in the home because a broom wasn’t enough to keep up with the sand.

Fabulous beach front rental!

Very nice unit. Very clean and well cared for. Unit is a nice size and the patio is large with fantastic beach views. Complex is very nice too. Highly recommend.

All in al okay stay

The unit was nice and beautiful view. Kitchen pretty much had everything needed for cooking and eating. The plastic cups were great for young kids but it would have been nice to have some plastic plates for small kids to use instead of glass. Blankets on bed are very thin so it would have been nice to have extra blankets to use and towels. We were having to do laundry every night to have clean towels. The couch is falling apart. The cushions would stay on. It was nice to have a broom but it would be nice to have a cordless vacuum or corded vacuum for tile floors and a mop. The whole time we were always walking on sand because you couldn’t get it all up and with a small child crawling around they were always dirty. And the mop would have been good because having a small kid and tracking in sand it would have been good to use to clean floors. I understand the need for tile but area rugs or something would be good… especially bathroom mats. I was having to use the towels to use as bath mats which then took away from having a towel for someone to use. Made it dangerous having kids walking on wet on tile. I just felt dirty the whole time because there wasn’t a good way to get the sand up. It was nice just some minor inconvenience’s. The bathrooms in the pool area needs rubber mats because my 3 year old slipped falling on her back because the tile is too slick… and she was just walking. The up keep of the restroom was lacking at pool. Also, for umbrella and chairs rental. My 151 dollars for three days became nothing but a waste and a donation because being on the back row every day made it difficult to have small kids playing up in ocean and not seeing them. It isn’t fair that you pay all that money, stand in line in morning before they open to see about getting a front spot just to find out that people that have been there can reserve a spot up there their whole stay so you never have the chance to move up so I never used my chairs and umbrella and couldn’t get a refund. It sucked. At the bar at pool it would take 30+ minutes to get some ones attention probably because of the refilling cups for free. You could tell that they were giving more attention to those who were spending a lot of money.

Beautiful Gulf Views!

The condo was very clean and spacious! Nice furniture and amazing balcony! However, for us to have paid extremely good money for the condo, they should be able to afford sheets without holes in them for the king size bed. The coffee pot is messed up as well. It will make coffee but the drip on it is messed up because if dripped all around the pot when brewing. Made a HUGE mess. Other than those two things, it was a great stay! I’d stay here again if they will invest in new sheets and a new coffee pot.

Beautifully newly (mostly) updated condo

We loved the mostly updated condo. The only complaint we had is that the living room furniture was not very comfortable. However, I’m guessing since the rest was newly updated that the living room furniture will be next. We certainly would like to rent this condo again. The location is GREAT!
