The condo was spacious and beautiful! We loved the large balcony and view over the pools and ocean and short distance to the beach. There were a couple of maintenance issues that were corrected quickly. We plan on booking this unit again.

Have stayed at Tops'l several times thru the years. Fantastic location, fantastic beach and condos have always been extremely well maintained and are usually very modern. This time was no exception. We loved #1203. We only had two issues: 1. Was supposed to have 3 parking passes (our unit allowed it due to 5 bedrooms, sleep 10) waiting on us when we checked in (after hours) - but the guard gate had no knowledge of this. Not a biggie - just an annoyance that we thought was covered in previous calls. 2. Found a slight leak under the kitchen sink from the faucet on Tuesday of our stay. Reported at 1030am, put a pan underneath to catch the water. Maintenance did not show up until Thursday afternoon and then told us they would have to order a replacement. When we left on Saturday, it had still not been fixed. So we had to continue monitoring the leak and emptying the pan. That's not expected when you pay almost $6k for a place to stay for a week.

This condo was everything our family was looking for. The view of the ocean is incredible from the large balcony that spans 2 bedrooms and the living/dining room. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could possibly need (except hot pads), though my daughter was disappointed the blender didn’t work. We appreciated the shopping carts for hauling our groceries from the car. There was plenty for the kids to do including the pool and sport courts. We would have appreciated information on how to access the gates for the courts but was able to get the code from kids on the court. There are lights for the courts at night but they turned off on us. Later we noticed they were on again so we would have appreciated information on how to turn them on. The pool is as nice and warm so we were able to swim even when the temperature dropped. The fitness center offered a variety of well maintained options. This home is easily accessible for those that are unable to do stairs since there is an elevator. There is also a tram that you can request to pick you up. This place also suits families well since there is not a lot of activity outdoors at night. We would definitely stay here again.
